About Immover

Immover is an independent online property valuation service. Our conviction is simple: an owner should be able to form a clear first idea of what their property is worth, freely and in a few minutes. We cross-reference transactions actually recorded and published in the DVF database by the French tax authority (Direction générale des finances publiques) with the references of the Notaires de France and the price indices of INSEE (the national statistics institute).

Every city page and every district relies on the same public sources and the same calculation method, so that the figures are comparable from one area to another. To go beyond this first estimate, Immover can put you in touch with a certified real-estate professional: nothing replaces on-the-ground expertise that knows your neighbourhood.

The price per m² of a city or a district is calculated over the last twelve months of transactions, all property types combined, from prices actually recorded at signing. Our method and our sources are public: every price shown is based on real transactions, never on listings or self-declared data. Coverage extends to all municipalities of metropolitan France and the overseas départements, except Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle, which fall under the Alsace-Moselle land-registry (Livre Foncier) regime and are absent from the DVF database.
