The district as Immover tracks it covers the whole north-west of the town: Croix-Chevalier proper, around the rue de la Croix-Chevalier and the avenue de l'Europe, but also Kennedy, to the south-east, Les Sarrazines and Les Hautes-Saules, to the north, and the more detached-housing areas of Chavy, La Pinçonnière and Villiersfins, which spread towards the forest of Blois. Kennedy, Coty, Croix-Chevalier and Les Sarrazines together form a priority urban policy neighbourhood of around 10 800 inhabitants, engaged in an urban renewal programme.
