Its fabric mixes faubourg buildings, town houses and small blocks of flats, in narrow streets inherited from the nineteenth century: rue Anne-Veaute, rue Sœur-Audenet, rue des Maçons, rue d'Auque. The locality of Péraudel, which gives the district its name, occupies its northern part.
