Juan-les-Pins is the seaside resort of Antibes, facing the bay that bears its name, in the west of the town. Born at the turn of the 20th century as a holiday resort, it built its identity on its sandy beaches, its hotels and its summer buzz. The heart of the district is the pinède Gould, an area planted with umbrella pines by the sea that has hosted the Jazz à Juan festival since 1960, one of the oldest jazz festivals in Europe, where legends of the genre have performed. Juan-les-Pins has its own station, on the Marseille-Vintimille line, which links it to Antibes, Cannes and Nice in a few minutes. The beaches, the seafront and the hotel offer are part of its daily life.
Sought after for its buzz and its seaside setting, Juan-les-Pins concentrates steady demand for apartments close to the seafront, smaller units and short-term rental properties. Tourist demand and the proximity of the beaches sustain an active market, with prices above the Antibes average in the areas closest to the sea.
