The area is the one holding the large apartment developments of Yerres, the Lac, the Roseraie and the Jardins de Concy, crossed by the rue Auguste-Renoir and the rue Marceau-Balliot. Because the rue de Concy, although it appears in the name the town gives its district council, does not lie in this area. The geographical check places it in the neighbouring district, where it also carries most of its transactions. Naming this district Concy would therefore have pointed to the wrong boundary.
