The Tourailles occupy the north-west of the town, at the edge of the forest. The district is organised around the place des Fontaines, checked here by point-in-polygon and by far the busiest street of the area, with two hundred and twenty-six geocoded sale records.
The rue des Robiniers, the place des Charmes, the rue des Marronniers, the allée de l'Eau-Vive, the clairière des Genêts and the rue du Canal draw its plan, with names borrowed from tree species and the elements. To the north the district takes in the Plessis-la-Forêt, a detached-housing area of the rue de l'Ormeteau, the rue des Oiseaux and the allées de Montmorency, de Joux and des Trois-Fontaines, which has recorded no apartment sale over the last two years.
