Rue des Oiseaux, which gives the district and the Réno-Oiseaux district committee their everyday name, falls inside the geographical check there.
The INSEE statistical boundaries simply call this area « Nord », an empty label that Immover has not taken up. The district was built for the most part in the second half of the twentieth century, with a dense stock of flats, the en Bois development and place de Babel.
