Property tax in Poitiers in 2026: the urban community has doubled its share

The municipal rate in Poitiers has not moved: 49,34 %, unchanged since 2021. But Grand Poitiers took its share of property tax on built property from 5,17 % to 10,99 % on 30 April 2026, which pushes the overall rate towards 60,74 %.
